Requirements
Requirements:
12+ years of professional experience in Architecture;
Experience with large scale projects in Asia required: such as corporate headquarters, large master plans and mixed use commercial projects;
Knowledge and experience of the total design process from concept through construction, with an understanding of different international delivery methods,
Must be a team player and mentor with a proven track record of success working with teams, clients, sub-consultants and vendors while completing large, complex projects;
Proven fiscal accountability and responsibility, and an understanding of market forces pertaining to fees, scope and schedule requirements working in different cultures,
Ability and willingness to travel as the project requires;
Demonstrates creativity, foresight and a mature architectural judgment in anticipating and solving complex architectural challenges.
Understanding of current trends in urban planning and large mixed use projects.
Fundamental Revit and other 2d and 3d modeling understanding.
Desired Traits:
Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese or Korean desired
Licensure recommended
