Billing, light accounting, banking, payroll, benefits administration, ordering supplies, front office reception, answering phones, opening and distributing mail, errands, assiting the company president.
salary: $20/based on experience

Requirements
Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook. Past experience as office manager as well as knowledge of QuickBooks an asset. Must be self-motivated, highly organized, detail oriented team player.
