NTB Corporation is looking for a Federal Architecture Studio Leader to support our Los Angeles, CA office. The Federal Architecture Studio leader will focus on the pursuit and delivery of USACOE and NAVFAC projects. This position will serve as the primary client contact in addition to working with project managers to ensure client expectations and HNTB project delivery standards are met. Responsibilities include: Identifying, pursuing, and execution of federal architecture projects Developing, marketing, and maintaining client relationships Managing business development, marketing efforts, and proposal preparation Converting project wins to work Developing fee estimates and scopes of work Successful project execution including contracting and negotiations, work plans, project reviews, project communications, quality control, budgeting, scheduling, and project reporting Managing client budget, schedule, and program Meeting or exceeding studio sales goals, budget, operations, and net income goals Oversight of professional staff in all areas of work performance Maintaining memberships and participation in organizations that provide opportunity for relationship building
salary: Commensurate with Experience

Bachelor s degree in Architecture plus 10 years related experience. Registered professional in good standing with appropriate authority (AIA, AICP, etc.). Experience in marketing and executing work for DOD, USACOE, NAVFAC, and/or GSA.
